Premier Inn London Heathrow Airport (M4/J4) hotel

Staff lovely. Helpful, always smiling, and friendly. We arrived about 4pm, to a lovely team. Room spotless, but basic, as expected. Food nice. Had a meal deal, but add ons a pain, presentation and taste good. Breakfast lovely. Dinner was nice, but steak a bit tough. The only thing we had an issue with was parking. Didn't realise you had to pay an additional £12 per night to park your car! (I feel this should be included in the price) Another guest wasn't to happy either. If it is stated on the website, it's not very clear! Vehicle recognition is there when you arrive, so would be easier to book upon paying for hotel online. (Or to make alternative arrangements!)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've been staying at Premier Inn Heathrow (M4 J4) since 2012, and it never disappoints. My recent stay was another great experience. Asher, the main man at reception, gave me room 221 and was absolutely brilliant – friendly, professional and helpful. Rahul, a new trainee, was polite and clearly has a natural touch for hospitality. Amandeep, who works nights, kindly helped me charge my phone when I forgot my charger – small gesture, but shows the warmth of the staff. This was probably my 8th visit, and the atmosphere still feels as welcoming as it did back in 2012. I still remember Kirenjit from the restaurant and a lovely Punjabi gentleman, Kirendeep (I think!), who made my first visit memorable. All around, a great place with genuine, kind-hearted staff. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay if you are going to Heathrow airport, as it's only 6 minutes away. Very clean and tidy. Great rooms. Lovely food. Great people working there. Would stay there again if I was going to Heathrow airport again

We stayed at the Premier Inn M4/J4 for two nights before an early flight, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Every member of staff was absolutely lovely — friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. The food was spot on, both evenings and at breakfast, with great quality and service. Honestly, this was the best staff and service we’ve experienced in any hotel. It truly felt like 5-star service throughout our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and would highly recommend it to anyone needing a comfortable, stress-free stay before travelling.

I had a wonderful experience thanks to Asher. He was incredibly helpful, kind, and supportive throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcome and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. His attitude was warm and professional, and he handled every request with patience and genuine care. It’s rare to meet someone who truly takes pride in their work, and his exceptional service made a real difference to our stay. I really appreciated the time and attention he gave, and it left a very positive impression. Thank you for providing such excellent customer service — it’s staff like him who make Premier Inn a great place to stay. I would definitely return and highly recommend this location to others.

The service at this place was exceptional. Surprisingly a great hotel with decent parking and very close to the airport as well. A special shoutout to Asher, the bartender, whose performance at the bar was brilliant. His upselling techniques were impressive, and his recommendations for food were perfect.

My business stay was fantastic. I stopped here for a night as I'm working nearby tomorrow. Great location, cozy room, nice and tidy, warm welcoming at reception, and plenty of parking space (though it's £12). Everything felt very secure with gates before the carpark and a security guard. Lots of takeaways nearby too! I'm happy with this stay, thank you.

Very happy with the stay here a few nights ago. The room is clean, quiet and only a short taxi to LHR. Nisarg who manned the reception was polite and checked me in very quickly. Overall, very good value for money. Food was also really tasty and good value.
